Upgrading your workspace plan

The Free plan is designed to help you evaluate Skreen's workflow. Once you're ready to deploy it to your support queue, you'll need to select a paid plan.
Choosing a Plan
- Team: Unlimited sessions billed per workspace. Perfect for general support teams.
- Business: Includes custom domain support (e.g., 'support.yourcompany.com') and removes all "Powered by Skreen" branding from customer-facing pages.
How to Upgrade
- Navigate to Settings as a workspace Owner.
- Scroll to the Billing and limits section.
- Select your desired plan (monthly or yearly cadences are available).
- Click Continue with Stripe.
- You will be securely redirected to our Stripe checkout portal to enter payment details.
- Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to Skreen, and your new limits will be immediately active.
To cancel or manage your payment methods subsequently, return to Settings and click "Manage billing" to access the Stripe Customer Portal.
