Skreen is built to keep support screen sharing simple and narrow, which keeps the amount of data we need to hold relatively small.

What we store

We store account details, workspace settings, member records, billing metadata, session creation records, and usage totals needed to operate the service and apply plan limits.

What we do not store

Skreen does not record or permanently store the live screen stream as part of the normal product flow.

Why we process data

We process data to authenticate users, operate support sessions, manage billing, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable.

Customer control

The person sharing their screen decides what is visible and can stop sharing at any time.
