No. To protect privacy and ensure bandwidth quality, each session strictly allows a single, verified viewer.

What happens if the customer accidentally closes their browser tab?

The session is instantly terminated, the WebRTC connection is severed, and the secure link expires immediately.

Can I invite my entire support team to my workspace?

Yes. Workspace owners can easily invite colleagues via email and assign them either 'owner' or 'member' roles.
