These terms govern access to Skreen and the use of support sessions created through the service.

Use of the service

Skreen is designed for customer support and troubleshooting workflows. You are responsible for the activity of your workspace and the lawful use of the product by your team.

Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Plan changes may take effect immediately, and overdue invoices may trigger a grace period before service is downgraded.

Customer consent

Customers control what they share through the browser-native screen share prompt and can stop sharing at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but browsers, devices, networks, and third-party infrastructure can affect performance and availability.
